How To Post Your Keepsake On TikTok (Without Editing Skills)

Three routes, pick one
You do not need editing skills, a ring light or a script. Almost every keepsake video that does well is one of three shapes, and all three can be shot on a phone in under ten minutes.
Route 1: the thirty-second post
- Put the piece on a clean surface near a window, in daylight.
- Start filming before you touch it, and keep filming while you turn it slowly once.
- Stop. That is the whole shot — one continuous take, no cuts.
The first three seconds decide whether anyone watches the rest, so the turn has to start immediately. Do not introduce the video and do not explain it in text.
Route 2: the full unboxing
Film the box closed, then open it in one take. Keep the person receiving it in frame, not the box. The reaction is the content; the product is the reason for it. If the gift is a surprise, hand your phone to somebody else and let them hold it rather than propping it up.
Adding the sound and the credit line
Every order includes an original song from our own copyright library, licensed for personal non-commercial posts. Add it in the app, then paste the credit line from our Caption & Credit Kit into the caption. That one line is what keeps the post free to use — no muted videos, no takedown notices.
Route 3: let us film it
If you would rather not shoot anything at all, we can produce the video from your cartoon figure with the music included, in vertical, square and landscape versions. You approve a draft, we render the final — see Video Plus.
