About likeness and refunds. We build the character from the photo you send, and you approve the style and the likeness on a free proof before anything is animated. Every likeness is an artistic interpretation of a photograph, so once a proof has been approved the order cannot be refunded on the grounds that the animated character does not look like the person. If the proof is not right, tell us — we will revise it before animation starts, at no extra cost.

1. You send the brief
Add the film to your bag with the style, frame and audio you want, or write the scene in the box above. If you already ordered a figurine, we build the character straight from it.
2. You approve the proof
We email a free design proof first — the style and the character likeness, so you can confirm you are happy with both. Nothing is animated until you say yes, and the first round of revisions is included.
3. Your film arrives
Within 2–4 days you get a 1080p master sized for the frame you chose — ready to post, no watermark, with licensed audio cleared for personal use.
Do I need to order a figurine first?
No. Most customers send the character from their figurine order because it is already modelled, but you can also send authorised photos of your own and we build the character from those.
How long is the film, and what file do I get?
7 to 15 seconds, cut to the length of your music segment and built from the brief you give us. It arrives in the frame you pick — a 9:16 vertical master for TikTok and Reels, a 16:9 cut for YouTube, or both cuts (9:16 + 16:9) for +$10. Up to 1080p, no watermark.
Can you make a film longer than 15 seconds?
Almost every film we make is 7 to 15 seconds — that is what the flat price covers.
If you need something longer than 15 seconds, email support@wonderfigures.com with the idea and the length you have in mind, and we will agree a price with you by email before you order anything.
What about the music?
Pick a Jaybe Huang song clip, send your own licensed track, let us choose safe royalty-free BGM, or take a silent file and add your own audio later. Either way the music stays licensed for personal use.
Can I use it commercially?
The film comes with a personal-use licence: post it, gift it, play it at the party. If you need it for a brand, product or paid promotion, tell us in the notes and we will quote a commercial upgrade.
What if the character doesn’t look like the person?
That is decided at the free proof stage. We show you the style and the likeness first, and we will revise the proof until you are happy to approve it — nothing is animated before then.
Once a proof has been approved, the order is not refundable on the grounds that the animated character does not look like the person. Every likeness is an artistic interpretation of a photograph — not a photograph, and not a face-swap of the original. If you need a closer match than the available styles give you, write it in the notes and email support@wonderfigures.com: we will tell you what is possible and quote any extra work before you order it.
How much is it, and does the price change with the length?
Pixar-style 3D and Chibi are $19.80 (usually $39.00). Realistic 3D and Life like are $39.80 (usually $89.80). Adding both frame cuts is +$10. Every film includes the free design proof and one round of revisions on the edit.
The price is flat per style: the film runs 7 to 15 seconds — cut to the length of your music segment and made from your brief — so a shorter clip is never cheaper and a full segment never costs more. Longer or extra-length films are quoted on request.
