Company Gifts People Actually Take Home

Why branded swag gets left behind

Ask anyone in an office what happened to last year's conference mug and you will get the same answer: it is in a cupboard, or it went in a drawer, or nobody remembers. Branded merchandise has a recognition problem — it belongs to the company, not to the person holding it.

A keepsake built from a team photo works the other way round. It belongs to the employee first. That is why it ends up on a desk at home instead of in a box under one.

What a team photo gives you that a logo cannot

One group photo, taken in good light, is enough for a bulk order. We isolate each person, rebuild them in 3D, and place everyone on a single base with your logo or the team name engraved on it. Departments can be split across several pieces, or combined into one larger scene for a reception desk or a retirement gift.

Everything is printed in full-color resin, layer by layer, so the colours of a jersey or a uniform stay where they belong.

Bulk, from 50 units

Volume pricing starts at 50 pieces. Lead time for a bulk run is confirmed at quote stage because it depends on the number of distinct people in the order; single-person repeats move much faster than fifty individual portraits. Logo engraving on the base is included in the bulk price, and each piece ships in its own protective box.

From brief to delivery in five steps

  1. Brief. Send the photos, the quantity and the deadline.
  2. Quote. We confirm price, engraving and a production window in writing.
  3. Proof. You approve a digital design proof — free revisions until it is right.
  4. Production. Printed to order in full-color resin and checked one by one.
  5. Delivery. Tracked worldwide shipping, with the invoice and packing list attached.

If you need a purchase order raised before approval, tell us at the quote stage and we will mirror your internal reference numbers on the invoice.
